This is a concept book cover for an author/podcaster who I follow, listen to and sometimes read. Just experimenting with the stock photos to see if I can make a cover that can match a sci-fi military story.

The original cover have a nice, somewhat minimal, Soviet propaganda inspired art which looks really good, though you can’t quite tell that they’re sci-fi novels at first glance. Just a fun experiment with stock photos to make a cover that can fit the story.
